After the Thomas Fire of December, 2017 which majorly impacted Ventura County, we received funding to train interns in soil food web techniques for application to properties who suffered loss during this disaster.

Our intention is to support the regeneration of more resilient communities by growing more local food systems by encouraging property owners to grow edible landscaping.
