A major goal of the CRA is to teach about healthy organic soils. To this end we host seminars and workshops on the soil food web. Our leader in this endeavor is Dr. Elaine Ingham. 

 

Dr. Ingham has taught workshops on the soil food web all over the world and we are very fortunate to have her come to Ojai to teach here too. An excellent introduction to this topic is "Teaming with Microbes" by Jeff Lowenfels and Wayne Lewis.
