The Center for Regenerative Agriculture is collaborating with Food for Thought Ojai on the Ojai Healthy Schools Project. Through this education project we facilitate a garden based learning program at Ojai's five elementary schools. The garden based learning program provides curriculum meeting California State Science Standards for Kindergarten, First and Fifth grade classes. Kindergarten and First grade plant a tops and bottoms garden and Fifth grade propose and test experimental hypotheses. We also support garden clubs at Ojai's public schools, which provides popular options for hands-on learning for students of all grades. Please help support hands-on garden based learning in Ojai's elementary schools. Help ensure the next generation knows the connection between a healthy earth and their healthy bodies.
